Tracy and I will provide the food for the first weekend (check-in day and wedding day). For the final five days each couple (or small group) will be responsible for buying and making a single meal -either breakfast or dinner - to feed the whole group.
Why do it that way? Obviously, the most practical reason is that there isn’t room in the fridge for 22 people to all bring their own food, nor will the kitchen accommodate that many people trying to make or prepare food. It’s also much cheaper for everyone. More than that, though, it’s just makes mealtime more fun and less of a hassle.
Once people start to RSVP, we can start breaking people down into meal groups.
